Namita Thapar has become a household name with her stint on the popular show Shark Tank India. She is the Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals and invested in many start-ups that were pitched on the show. Apart from being a successful businesswoman, Namita is also a fitness enthusiast. Her recent Instagram post proves the same.
She took to the social media app and shared a photo of herself doing a headstand. Yes, you read that right. In her super-packed schedule, Namita Thapar makes sure to take out time for her fitness routine, which keeps her calm and positive.

Namita Thapar shared that she does a mix of yoga, cross-training, dance aerobics and evening walks to stay fit. Furthermore, she also revealed that she is a vegetarian and doesn’t drink alcohol. She eats and goes to bed early, and mostly follows a gluten-free diet. But she doesn’t believe in strict diets.
“My fitness routine keeps me calm & positive. I do a mix of yoga, cross-training, dance aerobics & evening walks. I’m a vegetarian, teetotaller, eat, sleep early on most days & follow a largely gluten-free diet. I don’t believe in strict diets as eating well is important for energy & good skin,” Namita Thapar wrote in the caption.
