Ranbir Kapoor finally returns to the theatres with Shamshera that releases on July 22, 2022. The makers of the films shared an announcement video that also features Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt.
Ranbir Kapoor sure was away from releases for 4 years but he was keeping himself busy with back-to-back projects. Blame it on the pandemic situation, or else, you would have already lauded Ranbir for his performances in films like Brahmastra or Shamshera. Speaking of the latter, the release date of YRF film, Shamshera is finally out now and we can’t keep calm!
Ranbir Kapoor is all set to enthral all with his performance in Shamshera soon. The film stars Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles. Today, February 11, makers and the star cast announced Shamshera’s release date. A video starring Ranbir, Vaani and Sanjay was posted on social media as the release date of the film was announced - July 22, 2022. YRF’s Twitter handle posted, “A legend will rise on 22nd July. Celebrate #Shamshera with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. (sic).”
Vaani Kapoor, announcing the same, wrote, “The adventure is about to begin. Excited to be a part of this journey! Celebrate #Shamshera with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 22nd July. In September 2021, the first look of Ranbir Kapoor from Shamshera was unveiled. His character appeared grim and he had a mark on his forehead. The poster had the film’s previous release date, which was March 18, 2022.
