The pandemic adversely affected the education system in India and prompted schools and colleges to conduct online classes. With Covid-19 cases witnessing a dip, several states are preparing to return to normalcy and this means that schools and colleges may reopen soon. However, the question is: "When will schools and colleges reopen?" It is expected that schools and colleges in India may reopen soon as many state governments have relaxed Covid-19 restrictions. Educational institutions have been shut since March 2020 after a nationwide lockdown was imposed to contain the spread of the infection. And, even though, for a short period, offline classes were resumed for students of 10 and 12; with the second wave, schools were again closed.
