Tom Cruise wins Best Actor at the 2026 Saturn Awards, while 'Avatar: Fire and Ash' takes home multiple major honors.
The 53rd Saturn Awards were announced on March 8, 2026 at Universal Hilton in Los Angeles, California. Tom Cruise grabbed the Best Actor award for his performance in Mission: Impossible- The Final Reckoning while James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash won honours in multiple categories, including Best Science Fiction Film, Best Younger Performer in a Film and Best Film Direction, among others.
Along with that, Ryan Coogler’s Sinners won the award for Best Thriller Film while Frankenstein bagged Best Horror Film award. Zootopia 2 was named the Best Animated Film while Sisu 2: Road to Revenge bagged the Best International Film honour.
In Television, Vince Gilligan’s Pluribuswon the award for Best New Genre Television Series along with lead actor Rhea Seehorn bagging Best Actress for her performance in the series.
Meanwhile, Andor won the Best Science Fiction Television Series award and It: Welcome to Derrybagged the Best Horror Television Series honour.
