Sara Ali Khan, who recently returned from a vacation, is back to following her fitness routine already. The actress took to Instagram on Thursday and shared a glimpse of her intense workout session.
If you have been feeling a bit lazy to workout lately, her video will certainly leave you motivated. The caption that Sara wrote while sharing the video is also noteworthy.
The actress brought back her famous shayari and wrote, “It's good to be back. Hogaya holiday, come back on track. You must work hard, there's no easy hack. Just keep going, no time to slack. You cannot crack, so just attack! Oh! And remember to supplement this effort with a healthy snack.”

Dressed in a peppy blue crop top and a pair of black shorts, Sara was comfy yet stylish for her gym session. She tied her hair in a braid to keep’em off her face and rounded off her workout look with a pair of white sneakers.
As for her session, she performed an array of exercises, including push-ups and jumping squats.
Sara, who has always been vocal about PCOS and her weight-related issues in the past, is an ardent fitness enthusiast. She often shares videos of her workout sessions on Instagram with her fans.
