Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede’s father, Dnyandev Kachruji Wankhede, has approached the Bombay High Court again, claiming that despite assurance to the court, Maharashtra cabinet minister Nawab Mallik continues to defame his family.
Dnyandev Wankhede's lawyer, Dr Biren Saraf mentionted that the plea, which has been filed through advocate Diwakar Rai before the division bench of Justices Shahrukh Kathawala and Milind Jadhav, has been posted for hearing on Tuesday.
