Rubina Dilaik took to Instagram today, March 21, to share a glimpse of her aerial yoga session. In the compilation video, she is seen nailing an array of difficult aerial yoga poses while hanging from the hammock.
“The pain of regret is greater than pain of discipline,” she wrote in the caption as she shared the clip. She also called herself an aerialist in the Instagram post.
