Rocket Boys trailer out. Jim Sarbh, Ishwak Singh play Homi Bhabha, Vikram Sarabhai in SonyLiv series

Rocket Boys trailer was launched today. The series, which is based on the lives of nuclear physicists Homi J Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai, stars Jim Sarbh and Ishwak Singh in lead roles.

SonyLiv dropped the trailer of their upcoming original Rocket Boys. The series features the lives of ace nuclear physicists Vikram Sarabhai and Homi J Bhabha. Starring Ishwak Singh as Dr Vikram Sarabhai and Jim Sarbh as Dr Homi J Bhabha, respectively, the series will premiere on the OTT platform on February 4.

The teaser of Rocket Boys was dropped in August last year. The official Instagram handle of SonyLiv shared the trailer of Rocket Boys today, January 20. "Witness the incredible journey of two extraordinary men Dr. Homi J. Bhabha and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. #RocketBoys, all episodes streaming from 4th Feb only on SonyLIV. #RocketBoysOnSonyLIV (sic)," read the caption.

The trailer begins with Singh as Sarabhai trying some experiment in the courtyard of Cambridge University in London, followed by Sarbh as Bhabha teaching at the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. Soon, their paths cross and they start working together. The trailer also features APJ Abdul Kalam towards the end.

Created by Nikkhil Advani, Roy Kapur Films and Emmay Entertainment and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani, the show is directed by Abhay Pannu. Rocket Boys will retrace Homi Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai's accomplishments. The series will dwell deeper into their personalities and lives to understand their greatness and relevance in today's time. It will show how the two great physicists turned their dreams into reality and made great scientific discoveries. It also stars talents like Regina Cassandra, Rajat Kapur, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Saba Azad, and Arjun Radhakrishnan in pivotal roles.
