Realme launches C21Y entry-level phone but not in India, so should you wait for it?

Realme has launched a new C-series phone, but if you are in India, you cannot buy it yet.

Realme C21Y is the latest smartphone in the company’s ultra-affordable C-series. Realme has launched the C21Y in Vietnam and it brings to the table specifications that are suitable for either new smartphone users or those who do not want much from their phone. Even though the Realme C21Y comes with entry-level specifications, you get some useful features that are normally not expected at this price. The Realme C12Y comes with eye protection features, thanks to the TUV Rheinland certification. Realme has not said anything about bringing the C21Y to India. However, there is a launch of the Realme C21Y scheduled for Sri Lanka later this week. The latest C-series phone in India is the C25 and it brings a lot better specifications than the C21Y does. That is because the C25 is the highest-end phone you can find in the C-series. Realme’s entire C-series in India is not quite entry-level, even though it is, and that is because there are phones with lower specifications available. Now, the Realme C21Y seems like one of them. And that is why customers in India will actually go for the phone, because it kind of sits at the bottom of the smartphone specifications hierarchy. Realme should consider launching the C21Y in India soon.
