Popular actor Rasik Dave passed away at 65 on July 29. The CID actor was suffering from kidney issues and was undergoing dialysis for over two years. His family has now issued a statement and informed fans that a prayer meeting will be held in Mumbai on August 1.
Rasik Dave's prayer meet will be held on August 1. The prayer meet will take place at the Sankha Hall in Mumbai. Rasik's wife Ketki and other family members have shared a note on the same. The note read, "In Loving Memory of Rasik Dave (19/06/1956 to 29/07/2022) Prayer meeting will be held on Monday, 1st August 2022 Timing: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Venue: Shankha Hall, 2nd floor, Above Govinda restaurant, ISKCON temple, Juhu Ketki Dave Riddhi Dave Abhishek Dave (sic)."
Actor and producer JD Majethia shared a note on Twitter and wrote, “Heartbroken and deeply saddened to hear about the untimely demise of Rasik Dave. Gone too soon brother. May God give your family the strength to get through his difficult time. Om Shanti (sic).
Filmmaker Ashoke Pandit also sent his condolences and tweeted, “Sad to know about the demise of a dear friend Rasik Dave who was a versatile actor on stage, tv and films due to kidney failure. Heartfelt condolences to his wife Ketaki Dave and his entire family. Will always be remembered (sic)."
