According to a report by News18, Rashmika delivered a special performance for Vijay, choosing the song Angaaron from her 2024 blockbuster Pushpa 2: The Rule, which also starred Allu Arjun. Those who witnessed the performance described it as a heartfelt tribute to her husband-to-be.
The couple, who kept their relationship private for years, are hosting a four-day celebration with their closest family members and friends in Udaipur. Their nuptials are scheduled for today, followed by a grand reception in Hyderabad on March 4.
The song, which gained popularity upon its release, took on new meaning at the Sangeet. It definitely was one of the standout moments amid multiple performances that evening, the report said.
