Ranveer Singh's 83 co-producer Vibri Media issues statement in alleged cheating case

Ahead of 83's release, the Ranveer Singh-led film landed in a legal hassle. The spokesperson of the film's co-producer, Vishnu Induri, issued clarification on the legal controversy.

Ahead of its release on December 24, 2021, the makers and producers of Ranveer Singh-starrer 83 landed themselves in a legal controversy. A UAE-based company, Future Resource FZE approached the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Mumbai alleging conspiracy and cheating in the process of producing 83. The complaint involved makers of 83, namely Vibri Media, director Kabir Khan, producers Sajid Nadiadwala, Deepika Padukone and others. Now, a spokesperson on behalf of Vibri Media,has issued an official statement surrounding the legal hassle. They labelled the complaint as "false, baseless and motivated."
