As per our sources, the actual wedding rituals will begin after this pooja.
Rishi Kapoor breathed his last on April 30, 2020. As the Kapoor family, especially Neetu, Ranbir and Riddhima went through a tough time, Alia Bhatt was seen standing by them all like a pillar of strength. It is no secret that the family misses Rishi Kapoor dearly. Now, we've learned that Ranbir and Alia will start their wedding rituals by first performing a special pooja for Rishi Kapoor on April 14.
A source close to the development tells us, "Ranbir and Alia will perform a pooja at RK House in Chembur. The pooja will happen on Thursday morning, April 14, post which the actual wedding rituals will begin. The pooja will be attended by all members of the Kapoor and Bhatt family. This special pooja will be offered in Rishi Kapoor's name. The family will pray for peace for the departed soul and also remember him fondly."
Meanwhile, curtains have truly gone up for the Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt wedding. The private wedding, which will take place at RK's Bandra home, Vastu, will have only friends and family members in attendance. And yes, the venue is all decked up. Now, even a curtain has been put up!
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are getting married on April 15 and fans have been ecstatic. Theirs will be a private wedding with close friends and families of the couple in attendance. Alia and Ranbir will get married at the latter’s Bandra home, Vastu. While we have already shared visuals of the well-lit wedding venue, today, glimpses of curtains being put up outside Alia and Ranbir’s wedding venue are going viral.
Turns out, after the wedding venue was decorated with lights yesterday, curtains were put up in Vastu to ensure there are no leaked visuals from Ranbir and Alia’s D-Day. Workers were seen blocking the wedding venue with long, white curtains ahead of the couple’s wedding on April 15.
While Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are getting married on April 15 at Ranbir's Bandra home, Vastu, the two will have two grand reception parties at Taj Colaba, Mumbai, for their industry friends.
