Today, May 15, Hrithik Roshan’s mother, Pinkie Roshan, dug out an old clip of her family and shared it on Instagram. In the video, her husband, Rakesh Roshan, can be seen joking about his wig, leaving everyone in splits. The footage is from 2012, when the Roshan family appeared together on Simi Garewal’s show, Rendezvous with Simi Garewal.
Pinkie Roshan, who is known to nail difficult workout routines, never fails to impress us with her social media posts. Today, May 15, she treated us to a throwback video, in which her husband joked about not being able to find his wig. It all started when the host of the show, Simi Garewal, asked her spot boy if there were lipstick stains on her teeth. Thereafter, Rakesh sarcastically said, “Arre wig pehnana bhul gya (I forgot to wear my wig).” This made everyone burst into laughter.
Hrithik Roshan also joined the banter and asked his mother if the stains of the chicken sandwich he ate are still there on his teeth. Sharing the video on Instagram, Pinkie wrote, “Lovely moments thankyou friend @simigarewalofficial (sic).”
Rakesh Roshan is a renowned filmmaker, who started his career in the industry as an actor. He directed his son Hrithik Roshan's debut film, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. The father-son duo also worked together in films such as Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish and Krrish 3. They are currently working on Krrish 4.
Apart from Krrish 4, Hrithik Roshan will be seen next in Siddharth Anand’s Fighter. The film also stars Deepika Padukone in the lead role. Hrithik has also teamed up with Saif Ali Khan for the Hindi remake of the Tamil film Vikram Vedha.
