The hands and legs of a 30-year-old RTI activist from Barmer in Rajasthan were broken and pierced with nails after he complained about corruption and illegal liquor sales in the Gram Panchayat area.
A 30-year-old RTI activist from Barmer in Rajasthan was mercilessly thrashed on December 21 after he complained about corruption and illegal liquor sales in the Gram Panchayat area. The miscreants thrashed Amraram Godara with iron rods and broke both his legs and hands and pierced them with nails.
Godara is now admitted to a Jodhpur hospital and is reported to be stable.
