Rajasthan: Not greedy for ministerial posts, says Congress MLA of Pilot faction

Mukesh Bhakar, Congress MLA and Sachin Pilot loyalist, said he is not greedy for ministerial posts on Tuesday amid a tussle within the Rajasthan Congress.

Mukesh Bhakar, Congress MLA and Sachin Pilot loyalist, on Tuesday said, “We are not greedy for ministerial posts. I too could have become a minister by indulging in sycophancy if I wanted.” This comes amid a political tussle within the Rajasthan Congress between two factions headed by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot respectively. The Pilot-led faction has reportedly been feeling let down and expressed its disappointment at being sidelined on several occasions ever since the political fight broke out between the Rajasthan Chief Minister and Sachin Pilot.
