In the wake of rising Covid19 numbers, the Rajasthan government has decided to postpone Board examinations for classes 10th and 12th for schools that fall under the purview of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE). The Ashok Gehlot led state government has also decided to promote students of classes 8th, 9th, and 11th to the next class without conducting examinations for these classes. The decision in this regard was taken after a meeting chaired by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot where Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra was also present.
