Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Sunday targeted the Punjab government over the extension of the BSF's jurisdiction, saying the chief minister should tell "why he had acquiesced" to the Centre's move.

Bordoloi's exit from the Congress after three decades is significant for the party and Assam's politics.
