Punjab: Congress calls legislature party meet at state party office on Saturday

The Congress has called a legislature party meet for Punjab on Saturday after many of its MLAs in the state asked to “immediately convene” the meeting.

Harish Rawat, the All India Congress Committee’s (AICC) in-charge in Punjab, said, “The AICC has received a representation from a large number of MLAs from the Congress party, requesting to immediately convene a meeting of the Congress Legislative Party of Punjab.”
