Sunil Motilal Sadarangani, a renowned entrepreneur and owner of Multani Bakery in Solapur, tragically ended his life by jumping from a building in Pune.
A prominent entrepreneur and owner of Solapur’s well-known Multani Bakery, Sunil Motilal Sadarangani, 59, died on Thursday afternoon after jumping from a building on Vizapur Road. The incident occurred at the Panas Apartment complex around 4 pm, sending shockwaves through the city.
According to eyewitnesses, Sadarangani was seen wandering on the 17th floor before some residents recorded a video of him.
The building’s watchman was informed, who then alerted an office employee present at the scene. Together, they reached the 17th floor and tried to speak with him.
Sadarangani was brought down to the 10th floor, where he reportedly said, “My car keys are lost,” before running back upstairs. Moments later, another resident arrived, but by then Sadarangani had jumped from the building.
Senior police officials arrived at the scene after receiving the report. Sadarangani was found critically injured and covered in blood.
He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance but later succumbed to his injuries. Identification was confirmed through his vehicle’s number plate.
