PUBG Mobile bans over 1.4 million accounts for using cheats, hacks

PUBG Mobile has released a new anti-cheat report and it includes what led to the ban on these accounts.

PUBG Mobile is at it again. During the last week, the game banned over 1.4 million accounts for using cheats and hacks during gameplay to get an undue advantage over other players. In the latest anti-cheat report, PUBG Mobile has said that this week saw a 2.4 per cent increase over the accounts that saw a ban last week. As usual, the maximum number of accounts that have been banned were found using Auto-Aim Hacks and most of the banned accounts belonged to the Bronze category. According to the latest anti-cheat report that has the data from April 16 to April 22, PUBG Mobile banned a total of 1,498,738 accounts from accessing the game. This is a marginally high number over last week’s, meaning there is no dip in the number of accounts that want to take advantage of cheats and hacks in the game. PUBG Mobile has a no-cheat policy where it has banned the use of any third-party hacks that is not only unfair to other players but also ruins the essence of the game. Plus, it is also unfair to rookies in the game. In the report, PUBG Mobile said that 39 per cent of the total banned accounts were from the Bronze category while, in the second spot, were the accounts from the Diamond category with a 12 per cent share. Then, you have Silver and Crown accounts at 11 per cent each. Of the total, 10 per cent of accounts belonged to the Platinum category. Then, the accounts from the Gold category were 9 per cent while those belonging to the Ace category were 7 per cent. Like always, the least contribution to the banned accounts is from the Conqueror category with a meagre 1 per cent.
