In a massive drug haul, police in Assam's Guwahati recovered heroin worth ₹9 crore. A total of six people have been arrested in connection with the bust.
Guwahati city police have seized heroin worth over 9 crore, arresting six persons in Assam's Kamrup (Metro) district in connection with the case. An operation was launched in the Sonapur area in this regard on the basis of intelligence inputs. During the operation, police recovered 1.323 kg of heroin from a vehicle on the outskirts of Guwahati on Saturday night.
