The Poco M4 Pro has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs 14,999. This is the latest 4G smartphone from the brand. The company already offers the 5G version of the Poco M4 Pro, but this has a different set of specifications and caters to different needs. It was launched back in November 2021. The new one packs an AMOLED panel, a 4G chip, stereo speakers, a triple rear camera setup, IP53 rating and more. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest Poco phone.
The Poco M4 Pro comes with a starting price of Rs 14,999 in India, which is for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage model. There is also the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. This one will cost Rs 16,499. The 8GB RAM + 128GB is priced at Rs 17,999. As part of the launch, one will be able to avail Rs 1,000 discount on the purchase of this new phone. However, this offer is only available on HDFC bank cards. The Poco M4 Pro will go on sale on March 7.
The newly launched Poco M4 Pro comes with a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display, which has support for FHD+ resolution, 180Hz touch sampling rate and 90H refresh rate. The panel has 1000nits of peak brightness. The device features a punch-hole display design and the cut out is placed on the top left corner.
The latest budget smartphone draws power from a MediaTek Helio G96 processor, which is backed by up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of USF 2.2 storage. There is a pair of stereo speakers as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. It ships with the latest MIUI 13 out of the box.
The device packs a typical 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. It is also IP53 rated for dust and water resistance. In terms of optics, there is a triple rear camera setup, including a 64-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, one will find a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
