DOHA: PISQ students once again achieved first positions in the SSC-I and SSC-II Annual Examination 2024 of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Pakistan.

The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-I and Part-II examinations were announced on 12th July 2024 by FBISE wherein PISQ talented students have shown academic excellence by scoring 49 ‘A1’ grades in the SSC-II and 40 ‘A1’ grades in the SSC-I examinations respectively. Abdur Rehman Javed secured first position in all FBISE affiliated schools in Qatar with 1042/1100 marks in SSC-II whereas Minahal Naeem stood first in SSC-I with 510/550 marks in all Pakistani schools in Qatar. Muskan Shaban secured 2nd position with 1020/1100 marks while Abdul Rafay Noor Tahir and Dua Amir shared 3rd position with 1017/1100 marks each in the school in SSC-II.

In SSC-I, Omama Naeem Gul secured 2nd position with 504/550 marks and Manaal Salman stood second with 503/550 marks in the school. Muhammad Abbas (1003 marks) and Muhammad Shahid (1001 marks) also crossed the threshold of 1000 marks in SSC-II whereas Hadia Ghaffar (502 marks), Haadiya Fatima (500 marks), Danya Naseer Iqbal Mansoori (499 marks) and Muhammad Majeed Ullah (499 marks) are also among the toppers in the school in SSC-I examination.

This year, 248 students of SSC-I and 217 students of SSC-II appeared in the SSC Annual Examination 2024. Overall pass percentage of the school remained 91.71 in the SSC-II examination.

Principal PISQ, Syed Asif Ali Shah said, “Our aim is to provide equal opportunities for quality education to every student at the school campus. That is why we have done away with the practice of Private admissions of the registered students and have allowed all the students of SSC-I & II to appear as Regular students in the FBISE examinations. I am quite confident that our students will avail every single opportunity positively to excel in their academic pursuits.”
