The Union Minister added when compared to 18 states and Union Territories, the tax collection from additional cess on fuel is significantly high.
"The tax collection of these 18 States and Union Territories, including Delhi, Uttarakhand, Nagaland, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Ladakh, Daman and Diu, Jammu and Kashmir, is ₹32,597 crore," Mr. Puri was quoted as saying in a release from the Jaipur event.
