Pakistan Cricket Board chief Ramiz Raja on Wednesday said the cricket body is also planning to host a Pakistan Super League for U-19 cricketers. He also said Pakistan will have a home season sooner than later.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Ramiz Raja is hopeful that the board will start a women's Pakistan Super League in the near future, thereby becoming the first Asian cricket body to start a full-fledged franchise-based T20 league for women.
Notably, Cricket Australia organises a Women's Big Bash League while England and Wales Cricket Board organised the Women's Hundred alongside the men's competition during the inaugural edition earlier this year.

Hours after the Tarique Rahman-led BNP government was sworn in, newly appointed state minister for sports, Aminul Haque, said he wanted cases against Awami League-loyalist cricketers, Shakib Al Hasan and Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, resolved so that they could return to cricket. The former Bangladesh captains served as Awami League MPs and face multiple charges.
