
Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022: Over 55 lakh Gujarat students to watch, schools to make necessary arrangement

Gujarat Education Minister Jitu Vaghani said that over 55 lakh school students in Gujarat will be watching Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022 across the state.
Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022: Gujarat Education Minister Jitu Vaghani on Wednesday said that more than 55 lakh students in several schools across the state are going to watch Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ that is going to be held on April 1 through television screens. The Union Education Ministry’s Department of School Education and Literacy has been conducting this programme for the past four years.
The Gujarat education minister further informed that this edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha, which is scheduled on April 1 at 11 am, will be the fifth edition.
As part of the Pariksha Pe Charcha programme, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be interacting with students at the stadium about being calm and focused during their soon-to-be held exams.
Gujarat Education Minister Jitu Vaghani said further, “More than 55.86 lakh students of classes 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 in Gujarat will take part in ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ on April 1.”
“Since the state board exams for classes 10 and 12 have already begun, those students will not take part in the event,” he added.
Jitu Vaghani further explained that the necessary arrangements will be made by 40,800 schools across all mediums and boards on April 1 to facilitate the live telecast.
“We will also install large LED screens at 349 places to live telecast the event. Apart from students, nearly 2.5 lakh teachers will also watch the telecast,” said the Gujarat education minister.
