Pakistani terrorist, top LeT commander killed in encounter in Srinagar

Today afternoon we got input of the presence of top LeT commander Salim Parray and a foreign terrorist in Shalimar, Srinagar, said IGP Kashmir.

Two dreaded terrorists including a wanted Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander Salim Parray were killed in two encounters with security forces in Harwan area on the outskirts of the city on Monday, police said.

"Today afternoon we got input of the presence of top LeT commander Salim Parray and a foreign terrorist in Shalimar, Srinagar. Parray was neutralized in the encounter but the foreign terrorist (FT) ran away. We followed him and FT was neutralized in another encounter," said IGP Kashmir.
