Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o looked stunning in an anarkali set by designer Anita Dongre as she attended a wedding in Pakistan.
Oscar-winner Lupita Nyong’o channelled her inner desi girl as she attended a wedding Karachi, Pakistan last week. For one of the wedding functions, the Black Panther actress slipped into a printed anarkali set from Indian designer Anita Dongre’s eponymous label.
Lupita Nyong'o took to Instagram and shared a slew of pictures of herself in the ensemble. She opted for a beige suit, replete with spring-inspired printed motifs in contrasting hues like green and maroon. It also featured minimal yet striking sequin embellishments. Lupta Nyong’o rocked the anarkali suit with a matching dupatta.
The Oscar-winning actress truly glowed in this ethnic ensemble designed by Anita Dongre. She styled it with traditional chandbali-inspired earrings. Adding a dash of swag to her traditional look were the sunnies she wore.
The anarkali suit Lupita Nyong’o wore costs Rs 35,000. It is available for online purchase on the label’s official website. The anarkali suit features a zero neck with a stylish slit beneath it. The entire set comprises a pair of printed trousers and a dupatta.
This is not the first Anita Dongre creation Lupita has worn. She also made a statement in a peach-hued kurta set for another wedding function a few days back.
