Tamil Nadu Govt adopts e-learning platform www.learn.hepat.app for hepatitis eradication, inaugurated by Health Minister Ma. Subramanian.
The Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Government of Tamil Nadu, has officially adopted an e-learning platform — www.learn.hepat.app — which was developed by the Chennai Liver Foundation, in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research-National Institute of Epidemiology, to train all healthcare professionals across the State’s health centres in hepatitis eradication. Health Minister Ma. Subramanian inaugurated the initiative on Wednesday. The platform will equip healthcare professionals with the skills and certification needed to eradicate viral hepatitis at a grassroots level, a press release said.
