Odisha increases upper age limit to 38 for state civil services exam

The Odisha government has announced provisions for the State Civil Services Rules, 1989 Act and has increased the upper age limit for entry into the government and state civil services from 32 to 38 years. This provision is only made for advertisements from 2021 to 2023.

The age limit is relaxable in the case of people belonging to the categories of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Women, and Persons with Disabilities.
