Non-bailable warrant issued against Etawah BJP MP in 2009 rail blockade case

A special MP/MLA court has issued a non-bailable warrant against Etawah BJP MP Ram Shankar Katheria for not appearing in court in an 11-year-old rail blockade case.

A non-bailable warrant has been issued against former Union minister and current Etawah MP Ram Shankar Katheria for not appearing in court in an 11-year-old rail blockade case.

According to the information available to India Today, the Railway Protection Force had filed a case against Ram Shankar Katheria at Agra Cantt Police Station on September 16, 2009. However, Katheria has not appeared in court to date.
