India Today
HMD has announced the Nokia XR20 will be up for pre-orders along with Nokia Power Earbuds Lite for free.
Nokia XR20 will be available for pre-booking in India starting October 20. This is HMD Global’s first 5G phone that is coming to India years after the company’s counterparts, including Apple, launched their first 5G phone. The Nokia XR20 is a rugged phone that is suitable for people who work in extreme conditions, but its looks are what will make regular customers go for it. It is also a bumped-up version of the Nokia X20 that the company announced earlier this year.
HMD had previously said that it would launch the Nokia XR20 ahead of Diwali. This was the time when the company also announced the Nokia G20 Plus, Nokia G10, Nokia C01 Plus, and Nokia C30. Instead of going for an online event, Nokia Mobile quietly made the announcement through its social media handles. Moreover, the Nokia C30 is also now listed on the Nokia Mobile India website, but it is not up for pre-order yet. But the Nokia XR20 is and this means that it is only a matter of time that it will be available to buy in India.
