Noida private schools issue advisory for parents after reports of Covid cases

After several private school children in Noida tested positive for Covid, a private school in Greater Noida issued an advisory to parents. It says that if their child has symptoms of fever, cough, etc, parents should not send them to school and contact a doctor for early diagnosis.
Despite the slowing down of the Covid-19 pandemic in India, few cases are still being reported. After several children tested positive in private schools of Noida and Ghaziabad, schools issued an advisory to parents.
Private schools have asked parents to monitor Covid symptoms in their children, and in case of symptoms, children should not be sent to school.
One such advisory issued by Ryan international school in Greater Noida to parents says, “In view of the spread of Covid cases in Delhi NCR, parents are advised to be vigilant and if any of the below-mentioned symptoms occur, immediately contact a doctor for early diagnosis.FeverCoughSore throatStomach ache with loose motions."
The advisory further says that in case the child is suffering from fever, cough and loose motion, the child should not be sent to school.
The school is appealing to parents that those who have visited any foreign countries should be more careful, and if any symptoms are seen, then the child should not be sent to the school till the child recovers fully.
Subsequently, private schools have asked parents to send children to school with a small bottle of sanitizer and an additional mask for frequent use.
The schools were shut down for 2 years due to the pandemic, and this academic year was a new beginning where children were sharing the joy of physical presence in the school’s classroom.
