In a bid to win the confidence of the minority community in Bihar ahead of the bypolls, Janata Dal United national president Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh has said that Muslims were safe till the time Nitish Kumar was the chief minister of the state.
Lalan Singh was addressing the party leaders and workers at an event welcoming RJD leader Salim Parvez into the JDU fold on Sunday.
