NIOS has cancelled the NIOS Class 12 exams as per a notification dated today. The move will benefit 1.75 lakh students and the results will be announced as per an objective criterion. The Public Examinations in Theory and Practical of Sr. Secondary Courses scheduled in June 2021 are hereby cancelled. The NIOS will devise a well-defined objective criteria for assessment in a time bound manner, said the notification. Regional directors have been asked to forward the notification to all study centres.
