Nikon will perhaps announce a Z-series mirrorless camera very soon, which will borrow design aesthetics from the Nikon Df DSLR. The new camera will reportedly be called Nikon Zfc.
Word has it that Nikon will perhaps announce a new Z-series camera in period style. This could be the appealing factor of the upcoming mirrorless APS-C format camera. According to a report, the retro-style camera will be called Nikon Zfc. However, it was also called Nikon Z30 in previous rumors. But thanks to Nikon Rumors for dropping multiple leaks around the same imaging product. One of its latest reports reveals more details about the camera. Let's find out. Nikon Zfc can be inspired by the Nikon Df DSLR in terms of design aesthetics. The Df DSLR is a full-frame which was released in 2013. The company no longer produces the F-mount DSLR but is certainly fond of it for some reason. This is why camera users can see the design similarities between the old Df DSLR and the forthcoming Zfc mirrorless camera. As for performance, the report suggests the Nikon Zfc will be as competitive as the Nikon Z50, borrowing its technical specifications. Note that the Z50 is the company's first APS-C mirrorless camera with the Z mount. It was launched in November, 2019.
