Nikkhil Advani promises Mumbai Diaries Season 2, leading with Konkona Sensharma: Interview

Those of you who haven't watched Amazon Prime Video's Mumbai Diaries: 26/11, don't know what you are missing. And those of you who have, will surely agree that it left us wanting more. Especially when it came to Chitra Das, a character essayed to perfection by Konkona Sensharma. While each character in the 8-part series was given elaborate backstories to help the audience understand why they were the way they were, Chitra Das's past trauma was only just touched upon. When IndiaToday.in had the chance to speak to Mumbai Diaries director Nikkhil Advani, that's the first thing we asked. And the answer, well, it was more than what we had expected.

Director Nikkhil Advani is on a roll, with Mumbai Diaries on Amazon Prime Videos and The Empire on Disney+Hotstar, both running streaming successfully.
