NIA court orders to frame charges against Kashmiri seperatists involved in terror funding case

The NIA court on March 16 ordered to frame charges against Kashmiri separatists accused of disturbing Jammu and Kashmir in 2017 through "terrorist and secessionist activities".
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) court ordered framing charges under various sections of UAPA against several Kashmiri separatists, including Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) founder Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin, in the terror funding case.NIA Special Court Judge Parveen Singh, in his order passed on March 16, considered the terrorist and separatist activities in Jammu and Kashmir in 2017 a well-planned conspiracy.
The court said that Pakistan and its agencies were used for terrorist funding and diplomatic missions were also used for this purpose.
The Special NIA Court of Delhi's Patiala House has ordered framing of charges against LeT founder Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin, Yasin Malik, Shabbir Shah, Masrat Alam and 15 other Kashmiri separatist leaders.
