The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Monday issued notices to the Centre and the Nagaland Government over the firing incident by the security forces that claimed the lives on several civilians.
The Commission has issued notices to the Union Defence Secretary, Union Home Secretary, Chief Secretary and Director General of Police, Nagaland calling for a detailed report on the matter within six weeks.
