A 2007-batch Indian Railway Traffic Service officer, Mr. Prasanna holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai.
He has held several key positions, including Senior Divisional Operations Manager - Palakkad, Tiruchi and Madurai divisions; Deputy Chief Operations Manager, Southern Railway; Senior Divisional Commercial Manager - Madurai; and Senior Divisional Safety Officer - Chennai Division.
He has an outstanding record of performance and secured five efficiency shields in operations, commercial and safety departments in different divisions.
