Neetu Kapoor remembers Rishi Kapoor at Jug Jugg Jeeyo launch, says 'he'll be happy seeing this film'

At the trailer launch of Jug Jugg Jeeyo held on May 22, Neetu Kapoor and Karan Johar remembered Rishi Kapoor. They had sweet words to say about the late actor.
After a long wait, the trailer of Jug Jugg Jeeyo finally launched today, May 22, in Mumbai. Neetu Kapoor was also present at the event, along with Karan Johar, Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan. During the trailer launch, the actress got emotional when Karan Johar brought up her late husband, Rishi Kapoor's name. Neetu said that Rishi would be so happy watching this film.
Neetu started off by thanking Karan Johar as she said, "I cannot be more thankful to anyone but you because you are the one who pushed me. You told me that I have to work. That has been the best decision for me." Karan replied, "You are carrying such an abundant legacy. Rishi Kapoor's soul would be so proud of you, everything you are doing. We are blessed just to have known him, worked with him and have him."
Neetu got emotional remembering her husband and said, "I am sure he's going to be very happy seeing this beautiful film that Raj has made. This movie will always remain so special to me. This is like I am coming back in a Hindi film."
Karan Johar then slyly congratulated Neetu Kapoor on Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's wedding. He said, "Shadi mubarak ho apko. Jug Jugg Jeeyo!"
