Neena Gupta reveals David Dhawan screamed at her on Eena Meena Deeka sets

Speaking about her newly launched book, Sach Kahun Toh, Neena Gupta revealed how David Dhawan once screamed at her on Eena Meena Deeka sets and made her cry. She also spoke about how Juhi Chawla consoled her.

Neena Gupta recently launched her autobiography, titled Sach Kahun Toh, and made some really interesting revelations too. Like for instance how her friend and co-actor Satish Kaushik offered to marry her when she was pregnant with Masaba out of wedlock. Along with that, she recalled an incident that happened on the sets of Eena Meena Deeka, where director David Dhawan screamed at her. She also revealed that being shouted at made her burst into tears. And how it was co-actor Juhi Chawla who took her aside and consoled her. Eena Meena Deeka released in 1994. By then, Neena Gupta had already bagged a National Award and was revered for her acting skills. In Eena Meena Deeka, she played a tiny role of a beggar woman. However, when she requested David Dhawan to give her character some lines, he lashed out at her.
