Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal conducted a virtual video meeting with the Directors of IITs, IISc, IISERs, IIITs and NITs where he pushed for the need to maintain quality education at these institutes of national importance. Besides, he also spoke about taking Covid-19 safety measures adequately. Pokhriyal also reviewed the online education and virtual laboratory course status at these institutes. Minister of State for Education Shri Sanjay Dhotre, and Amit Khare, Secretary, Higher Education Ministry of Education were also present at the meeting.
