A magistrate court on Monday rejected the CBI’s plea for a polygraph test on the three accused in connection with the death of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad chief Mahant Narendra Giri.
A magistrate court on Monday rejected the Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) application seeking approval to conduct a polygraph test on the three accused-- Anand Giri, Aadhya Prasad, and Sandeep Tiwari-- in connection with the death of Mahant Narendra Giri.
CBI had filed an application on October 12, seeking permission to conduct lie detector test on Anand Giri, Aadhya Prasad Tiwari and Sandeep Tiwari.
