Before being arrested by Pune Police in connection with a cheating case, Kiran Gosavi, a witness in the Mumbai drugs bust case, said the call detail record (CDR) and chats of Prabhakar Sail should be checked to know how many offers he received in the last five days.

In a video message released before his arrest, Gosavi said, "Prabhakar Sail is lying. All I want to request is the CDR reports and chats of Prabhakar Sail and his two brothers must be released. My CDR report or chats can also be released. Everything will be clear."
