
MUHS Exam Row: Offline exams from June 10, Bombay HC not to intervene

Bombay High Court has refused to intervene in the conduction of offline exams of MUHS, which are set to commence from June 10.
The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has decided to conduct offline exams for students from June 10, and the Nagpur wing of the Bombay High Court has decided not to intervene in this decision of the university. Though the offline exams for MUHS are set to begin from this week, students have refused to write the exams as a sign of protest and have urged the central government to postpone the Maharashtra MUHS offline exams 2021. Further, the high court said that if the student is not able to produce a negative report for any reason, they should be instructed to do so by June 15, which is the next examination date for MUHS students, as per the official schedule.
