MSN Realty makes real estate debut with ₹2,750 crore luxury project in Neopolis
MSN Realty, the real estate arm of the MSN Group, on Friday, announced the launch of its first residential project, ‘One by MSN’, at Neopolis, Kokapet.
The development is spread over 7.7 acres and comprises five towers with 655 residences, ranging from 5,250 to 7,460 square feet, across 55 floors.
The company has committed ₹2,750 crore to the project, which forms part of its plan to develop 20 million square feet in Hyderabad over the next five years. The current project covers four million square feet.
‘One by MSN’ is designed around the concept of Panchtatva - earth, water, fire, air and sky. It includes private lobbies, dual access points, and layouts intended to maximise ventilation and outdoor views, including those of Osmansagar lake.
The project includes 1.8 lakh square feet of amenities, including a clubhouse, podium and skypark with three swimming pools, a yoga deck, sky cinema, aqua gym and multipurpose lawns. Sports facilities include courts for badminton, squash, pickleball and paddleball, a bowling alley, and simulators for cricket, football and golf. The infrastructure incorporates digital systems and energy-efficient technologies.
Dr MSN Reddy, founder and chairman of MSN Group, said the group is entering real estate with a focus on thoughtful design and long-term value creation.
