MPs understand people’s hardships: Kendriya Vidyalaya on admission quota | RTI Exclusive

An RTI by India Today has found that knowing an MP is an easy way to get Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) admissions.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) was formed to provide education facilities for children of government employees. Getting admission to a KV for children of parents who are not in government jobs is very difficult -- unless you know a Member of Parliament (MP). That is one easy way out if you have the correct connections. That is what we found out through an RTI.
