Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar's sangeet ceremony has begun now. The actress' good friend Pratik Utekar shared a glimpse of it on social media.
Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar are doing things differently. First the couple got married on January 27 in two different ceremonies - with Malayali and Bengali rituals. And now, they will have their sangeet ceremony today, January 28, a day after their wedding. One of the songs the duo will shake a leg to is Varun Dhawan's First Class from Kalank. The sangeet ceremony has started now and Mouni's good friend, Pratik Utekar has shared a glimpse on social media.
Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar's sangeet ceremony will be a fun-filled affair. Pratik Utekar has shared some videos on his Instagram account where Mouni is seen looking gorgeous in a green outfit with black pair of shades. Seems like the sangeet has started now.

We know that Mouni is a terrific dancer and we bring to you, inside scoops on all the performances taking place at her sangeet! A source close to the couple told IndiaToday.in, "They [Mouni and Suraj] are doing something different. Their sangeet will take place on January 28, after their wedding. Mouni and Suraj will dance to Varun Dhawan's First Class from Kalank. Their dance is choreographed by Rahul Shetty of Dance India Dance fame."
The newly-married actress will also turn on her Pushpa mode and groove to Oo Antava from the film. Other performances lined up are Bijlee and a solo number for the actress.
Mouni Roy first met Suraj Nambiar in Dubai and after that, they started dating. Though they never confirmed their relationship, they were seen together at parties. It has been reported that the Brahmastra actress celebrated the 2021 New Year with Suraj and his family. And later in the month of March, she met Suraj's parents at her close friend Mandira Bedi's home, which sparked rumours of their wedding.
Suraj Nambiar was born to Jain parents in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He is an Indian businessman and investment banker based in Dubai. Nambiar has a brother named Neeraj, who is a co-founder of an event management company based in Pune.
